Soundproofing Existing Walls

Q:    I live in a townhouse with neighbors on one side and have to listen to loud music and other annoying noises on a frequent basis. Your website indicates that it is possible to add sound proofing to existing walls. This is a new building with four side by side units. There are three other buildings and other people are experiencing the same problem. I am not sure who to contact or if anyone in the business is able to provide this service. Can you give any advice?

A:    You can soundproof an existing wall with our sound barrier materials. Our materials are simple and easy to work with. The materials are heavy which requires additional help if doing the installation by yourself. Most contractors and drywall installers can handle the job.
